Hello! My name is Shana Ray, a twenty something girl living in Healdsburg.   To pay for my wine country lifestyle, I work as a Social Media Director, helping wine country businesses promote themselves online. This is my wine/food blog as well as my way to get out my frustrations with the stuffiness that sometimes comes with wine.  This blog is all about my personal views and have no relation to any of my clients (even though they all rock).

I am a frequent user of Twitter, Facebook, and my iphone.  I am a frequent drinker of pinot, tea, soy mocha’s and thai soup and a  frequent eater of any vegetarian item you put in front of me.

I will always have some version of red hair and can usually be heard (laughing) before I am seen.
